| A 38 year
old male with trauma to his right wrist after
falling from a height of 6m. Image 1: fracture
with displacement of the lunate bone.
Image 2: after reduction by means of traction and
dorsiflexion of the wrist and placement of the
lunate in its position. Attention should be directed
to the complete reduction of the scaphoid fracture
in spite of the initial comminution, without scapholunar
dislocation
