| 62-year-old
patient with diabetes type 2, obesity, dislipidemia
and smoking (more then 30 cigarettes per day).
History of ischemic cardiopathy.
The image shows a reconstruction of an angio-computer-tomography
which shows an infrarenal aneurysm of the abdominal
aorta with a bilocular morphology. The dilatation
begins immediately under the ostium of the renal
arteries which are undamaged. There are extensive
calcifications of the aortic wall, in the ostium
of the right renal artery, the aneurismatic sack,
especially in the part between the two expansions
and in the left iliacal artery.
Although it might turn out paradox, the patient
was asymptomatic and was treated because of a
different cause.
